FALL WHITETAIL HUNT CONTEST 2008 RULES AND CONDITIONS (TOP)

Must be 21 years old to enter.
Fall Whitetail hunt in PA is first place prize.
Various gear for 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Drawing to take place on August 26 th, 2008.
Winners will be notified on August 27 th, 2008.
The Fall Deer hunt includes guide help 1x1 and treestand hunting. Not included: PA Hunting license, food, transportation, gratuities, taxes, taxidermy, hotel, shipping of trophy, and all other costs associated with this Hunt.
All hunting is fair chase and the Hunter must abide by all laws and regulations set forth by all state, local and county authorities. All PA Game Commission rules and regulations must be followed. The Hunter is expected to possess a legal PA Hunting License for that season and quarry.
All members of the Hunt Doctor website will be allowed to enter as long as they meet all conditions of this contest.
The Hunt winner must sign a waiver of liability before the hunt start date.
The Hunt dates are the winner's choice of any 5 consecutive days between 0ct 13 through Nov 7, 2008 (excludes Sundays).
Winners must respond within 2 weeks of being notified.
All terms and conditions subject to change without notice.
There is no cost to enter the contest
The Hunt will take place in Northeastern Pennsylvania
The winner can fly into Wilkes-Barre/Scranton airport and rent a vehicle and/or drive to the hotel in Tunkhannock, PA.
Minimum Archery Buck harvested must have 8 points or score 125 P+Y.
