Continuing Medical-Dental Education/Hunt Package Offerings
Please choose from our list of CME/hunt packages. These package offerings fill fast, so please choose early and book as soon as possible. Feel free to contact our staff with any questions. Many of our current hunts are nearly filled, however many dates for next year remain open.

Specific course lecture content may change based on availability, however the medical topic will remain the same.

PLEASE NOTE: All courses have CME Category 1 Credits.

The Hunt Doctor is working with multiple outfitters Worldwide to provide the physician sportsman with a high quality outdoor experience coupled with a quality Continuing Medical Education program. These packages are pay-one-price. The price includes the Continuing Medical Education program materials along with the cost of the outfitted hunt. The pay-one-price policy means the cost of the CME package and the cost of the outfitted hunt are paid directly to the Hunt Doctor. Our staff will then forward the outfitter his or her money to cover the cost of the outfitter/hunt fee.

This pay-one-price program makes it easier and more convenient for the physician sportsman.

Medical Dental Education courses are now available with our packages.

:: OUR PROCESS: In oder to take part in these hunt/course adventures, follow the steps below:

1. Choose the package
2. Complete the Hunt / Course Request Information Registration Form.
3. Our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your selected hunt/course package and get you the outfitter contact information.
4. Complete registration and submit proper payment (personal checks are welcome).
5. Our staff will send all CME Course Materials to the physician sportsman 2 WEEKS before the start date.
6. Attend your CME meeting and complete all course work, evaluation forms, and testing documents.
7. Return ONLY evaluation and testing forms to The Hunt Doctor.
8. Allow 6-8 weeks to receive your verification documents and credits from The Hunt Doctor.

:: RESPONSIBILITY: The Hunt Doctor acts only as a referral source between the physician sportsman and the hunting outfitter. The Hunt Doctor is not responsisble for any aspect of the outfitted hunt operation.

:: RECOMMENDATIONS: As with any outfitted hunt, it is always recommended for the physician sportsman to contact the outfitter directly and check all appropriate references. The physician sportsman should have a high comfort level with the outfitter in charge of the hunting operation. The Hunt Doctor continually monitors any feedback from the participating physicians concerning the hunt and services provided.

:: ACCREDITATION: Oakstone Medical Publishing and the John's Hopkins University School of Medicine sponsor these courses for Category 1 CME credits. The CDE programs are accredited by the Academy of General Dentistry and the AACD and Oakstone Medical Publisher.
